Bio

I´m Alejandra Juárez, an attorney graduated from the University of Guadalajara. My main areas of practice are immigration and corporate law. I´m CEO of OMNIA Corporativo and head attorney of the firm. Regarding immigration law, I have 10 years working in this area within the practice, reinforcing my knowledge with different trainings and updates in Mexican, U.S. and Canadian immigration law. In addition, I worked at the National Immigration Institute, which allowed me to know both sides of the immigration process, both the needs of clients and the application of internal guidelines for the resolution of each particular procedure and need.

On the other hand, corporate law has allowed me to directly and indirectly apply the processes for clients who need help with procedures, not only personal, such as: residences, visas, travel permits, naturalizations to acquire citizenship, but also the commercial side such as: work permits and visas, trademark registrations, contracts, foreign investment through companies of different types and the creation of partnerships.
