Bio

I am an attorney specialized in tax, corporate, intellectual property, and administrative law, with extensive experience advising and representing both domestic and international AA & AAA companies. Throughout my professional career, I have worked in both the public and private sectors, and in the latter, I participated in the litigation of tax and administrative matters, providing comprehensive services in developing tax defense strategies against tax credits issued by the Tax Administration Service (SAT).

Later on, I became a Partner at Connecta Consulting, which allowed me to drive the expansion of various foreign companies in Mexico by guiding them through office and branch openings, as well as offering advice on regulatory compliance and tax planning. I also contribute to the corporate compliance of these companies and work closely with foreign nationals in obtaining work and residency visas, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations.

I earned my Law Degree in Mexican Law from the University of Guadalajara and subsequently obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from Northeastern University, where I enhanced my knowledge of U.S. law and am currently preparing for the California Bar Exam. I also hold various certifications, including a Diploma in Fintech Law from UNAM, as well as Microsoft Office, Effective Communication, and Business Leadership certifications. In addition, I am fluent in both English and Spanish.
